Vignoble des Coteaux de la Vézère

Located on steep hillsides, the vineyards of the Saillant Vézère produces since the Middle Ages a wellknown win. Some great vintages of the correzien vineyard became famous : Vertougit, Sajoueix in Voutezac, Allassac, Vignols. Reactivated in 2003 new plantings on 20 hectares of white (Chenin, Sauvignon Gris, Chardonnay ...) and black (Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Pinot Noir) varieties produce a wide range of wines. Located on the edge of the sedimentary basin of Brive and of the Massif Central it has an exceptional terroir of slate and an ideal exposure from Southeast to Southwest. Our cellar produces an average 50 000 bottles per year. Our functional winery fitted with thermoregulated stainless steel vats and a wooden cask of 25 hl combines modernity and tradition.
