In 2007, François? parents, Francine and Maurice, set up shop in the old bakery in the village of Curemonte to market their homemade aperitif: LOU PE DE GRIL, a fermented drink made with dandelion flowers! In 2021, François took over the family business. Today, the range has diversified to include dandelion jelly syrup ?Pipi ô lit? and jams with quirky names based on fruits and vegetables from the garden.
