Arboretum du Château de Neuvic d'Ussel

A 6.5-hectare agricultural and landscaped park, classified as a "Remarkable Garden" and "Remarkable Tree of France" in an urban setting, designed in the early 19th century. It combines romantic English-style landscapes with ponds, aviaries, valleys and copses, viewpoints and perspectives.

There's a granite aviary, a stone oratory, a pond bordered by a Gallo-Roman granite funerary, and a wooden kiosk at the park's highest point.

One of the site's main attractions are its fine trees, including a sequoia, voted Tree of the Year 2017 for the Nouvelle Aquitaine region, and a tulip tree that is one of the largest in France. 370 species of trees and shrubs are represented. A country walk along 3 km of paths

Plant cathedrals with 8 trunks, organs of greenery, boxwood crowns and topiaries. Fish and turtle life in the pond.
