ROCHETTES trail (7/8 yrs min if good walker, 2h activity): RDV at the parking lot in front of St Chamant town hall/school (19380) at 2pm, return at 5pm.
ESCOMEL trail (10 yrs min if good walker, 4h activity, picnic to bring): RDVt at Restaurant La Vache qui Fume in La Chapelle St Géraud (19430) at 10:30 am, return at 4 pm. Bring: sports shoes, shorts, drink and picnic.
Neoprene wetsuits, helmets and vests provided by the organization.
