François Dumain
François DUMAIN's farm, located in the commune of Arnac Pompadour, is a takeover of the family farm, used mainly for grazing horses.
On the twenty hectares of the farm, François has started a small market gardening activity since 2019.
He is committed to producing an ancient variety of potato (the Chavilloux) responsibly, working as much as possible by animal traction with his horses, which he already owns.
The plants are bought in Corrèze and grown on the farm.
The seeds of this old local variety have been used for decades, and continue to provide the highest quality potatoes.
