This 500m² garden specialises in medicinal and aromatic plants, as well as those used in dyeing. The popular use and mythology of plants are the themes of the tour given by the owner of the garden, who specialises in organic agriculture. The Linnaeus botanical clock in a sundial and the mini-peat bog of carnivorous plants are well worth a visit. Conifer discovery trail and a presentation of medicinal plants used by Hildegarde de Bingen in the 12th century.
Open from 1 May to 30 September (except Sunday). Open July and August, Wednesday and Friday, at 10am (botanical gardens and drying shed); by prior arrangement at other times of year. Free admission. Farm shop selling herbal teas, herbs, flavoured vinegar etc open all year, daily except Sunday.
