Based in Collonges-la-Rouge, Corrèze, Antoine Hartmann set up his own farm in 2019.
His A.B (Appellation Biologique) certified market garden extends over 4 hectares of land redeveloped for farming after more than half a century of neglect.
Vegetables and herbs are grown and sold directly from the farm. These are also used to make dishes in the "Le Maraîcher" restaurant.
