Catherine NIRELLI set up as a young farmer in the commune of Meymac in 2017.

On her 55-hectare property, she raises cattle and sheep. She also offers direct sales of boxed rosé veal and lamb. In 2022, she decided to diversify her business and offer lamb cured meats. She tries to sell as many of her animals as possible directly and locally, while developing her expertise in adding value to animals.

By joining Origine Corrèze, she hopes to raise the profile of her products, showcase lamb in a new way and help consumers rediscover it!
