Since 2022, this couple has been creating a bakery with a milling workshop, and a bread and cookie processing workshop.
Sheep farmers, Mélanie and her husband have started to cultivate the land, in particular the old wheat grown on the farm, which is milled on a stone millstone in their mill.
They are both farmers, millers, bakers and sheep breeders.
Bread is baked in the farm's own bakery.
Farm store open Wednesdays from 10am to 2pm and Fridays from 4pm to 7pm.
