Serge Frullani, a passionate beekeeper and health technician based in Beynat, is doing everything in his power to continue the family tradition that dates back to 1947.

Specializing in the production of raw monofloral honeys, i.e. honeys extracted cold and potted without heating, the honey from the "Rucher Saint-Antoine" preserves all its natural qualities and taste.

The climatic environment and varied landscape enable the bees to find a rich and diversified flora and to produce a dozen different, very fragrant honeys, some of which are very rare (dandelion, acacia, sycamore maple, hawthorn, borage, lime, silphia, callune, lavender bramble, luzern clover).

Rucher Saint-Antoine" honey is the fruit of beekeeping methods that respect the well-being of bees, nature and people.

A healthy and beneficial sweetness to be enjoyed all year round
