Les Jardins d'Yzorche was created in 2017. For several years now, Javotte and her husband have been developing this business producing PAM (Perfumed, aromatic and medicinal plants) as well as tourist accommodation. This life project takes shape year after year.
Since the creation of the gardens, the cultivation and harvesting of aromatic and medicinal plants have been small-scale, organic and Ecocert-certified. She favors quality over quantity.
