Les Jardins d'Yzorche was created in 2017. For several years now, Javotte and her husband have been developing this business producing PAM (Perfumed, aromatic and medicinal plants) as well as tourist accommodation. This life project takes shape year after year.
Since the gardens were created, aromatic and medicinal plants have been grown and harvested in small quantities, with respect for the environment. She favors quality over quantity.
