Thierry MASSALVE has been a farmer since 1999. On his farm at Puy d'Arnac, he raises cattle for meat, transforms walnuts and hazelnuts from his orchard into oil, and grows seasonal vegetables and strawberries from Beaulieu sur Dordogne.
