Set of 5 semi-detached gîtes with separate entrances, housed in a renovated farmhouse, bordering a lake with shared, unfenced grounds (approx. 7,000 m2). Terraces with wooden tables and benches. Access to the beach 50m away, with 2 small play areas and a city-stadium. Pets welcome under owner's responsibility and with respect for the gîte and other residents. Unenclosed grounds. Optional cleaning 75€/stay per gîte, i.e. 375€ for all gîtes " if you do not take the cleaning package, a deposit of 375€ will be required on arrival The cleaning deposit cheque will be kept and destroyed once the gîtes have been checked.
