Having recently settled in Corrèze, Sébastien chose this region for its calm, tourist appeal and natural diversity, all of which are conducive to inspiration and concentration. In January 2024, he brought his passion to life with the creation of his own cutlery business, dedicated to making, maintaining and repairing knives entirely by hand.
In his workshop, each piece is designed with rigor and meticulousness, using traditional know-how: from shaping the blade to assembling the handle, everything is done by hand, with particular attention paid to detail and the quality of materials.
